Toye grew up in Crockett County, TN where she still resides. She joined the firm as Sam J. Watridge's paralegal in 2007. She was subsequently promoted to office manager in 2010. After Judge Watridge's departure, she continued to work alongside Joe Tubbs. Toye has a background in Business Administration and Paralegal Studies. She uses those skills to help the firm as it continues to grow.
