Joseph E. Tubbs

Joseph E. Tubbs (Joe Tubbs) is the son of Annie Lee Tubbs and Joe W. Tubbs. He grew up in Gibson County, Tennessee. Joe received his bachelors degree from the University of Tennessee at Martin in 2001. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2004. He has been licensed to practice in Tennessee since 2004. He has been admitted to practice in the US Federal District Court and the US Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit since 2007.
He began practice under the guidance of the Honorable Sam J. Watridge. After Judge Watridge's passing Joe took over control of the firm. He continues to provide the quality legal services and representation that the firm was founded on. His practice includes, but is not limited to, criminal defense, family law, personal injury, other civil litigation, business contracts, estates and probate.
